Role: IT Solution Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work)

Our client, a multinational technology company, are searching for an experienced consultant to join their global team in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Solution Manager for the IT Master Data including the full IT Solution life cycle
• Experience in the management of customer requirement and IT-Solution optimization
• Cooperation with Product & Service Owners
You should have:
• Experience in a relevant position including IT Solution optimization, Drawing Solution Roadmaps, Integration of IT Products and Services
• Experience in analysis and communication of KPIs (incl. service level targets such as customer satisfaction and benchmarking)
• Experience in all commercial aspects of the IT-Solution
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written) as well as strong communication skills
