Exciting ABAP Team Lead position
Immediate start
Our client, a world leader in aroma production, is looking for a dedicated SAP ABAP Team Lead to oversee their team of 10 ABAP Developers. This is a 100% Home Office role within Germany and would involve occasional international travel.
Location: 100% Home Office within Germany
Travel: 20-30% annually (internationally in Europe, Asia and the Americas)
Start date: Immediate (you will need to be able to start ASAP, please consider any visa wait times or notice period restrictions)
Salary: up to 90.000 Euros + Bonus
Language: Fluent English (German is an advantage)
Tasks:
• Competently lead a team of 10 ABAP Developers
• Plan, oversee and manage the technical aspects of project delivery
• Liaise with external vendors, as well as internal, internationally-based SAP teams
• Assure consistency in quality across the board
• Take part in international projects
Your profile:
• 10+ years' experience as an ABAP Developer
• Previous team leading experience is advantageous (but not necessary)
• Willingness to travel internationally and lead a team is a requirement
• Ideally experience in developing in the logistics modules
• Experience with Fiori or S/4 Hana is highly beneficial
• Fluent English (German skills would be a plus)
• Ability to work hands-on, as well as lead a team
• Immediate joiner (able to start within the next 2 months, counting for visa application processes and notice periods)
