Our client -a multinational tech company in the medical engineering sector- is looking for an SAP HCM Consultants for permanent hire.
This is an in-house position based in Switzerland (home office options; very limited travel).
Description:
Your daily tasks and responsibilities
·Collaboration and (partial) project management in innovation projects such as the S/4HANA migration
·Introduction of new HR systems (also non-SAP)
·Project management for rollouts to our international locations
·Taking on Support (levels 1-3)
·Consulting and process optimisation for the business
·Focus on SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM)
Your profile
·Demonstrable experience in SAP HCM customising
·First experience with SAP Cloud technologies
·ABAP debugging skills
·Experience with integration (IFlows, web services, IDoc and RFC)
·Very good communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English is essential; a conversational level of German is a minimum)
·Team player for cross-divisional cooperation
·Independent
·Hands-on mentality
