Javaee Software Engineer

Java EE Software Engineer - in-house, permanent, full time


location - Hamburg

This role is a real gem - a global company is looking for English speaking Java EE developers to clean code a new application for logistics and transportation, and also help to bring existing applications into Cloud (AWS & IBM). All this in an IoT and Big Data environment.

technical stack:

• at least 3 years of experience with Java EE:
• JPA, CDI, JTA, JAX-RS, Servlet, Messaging, Batch & Stream processing, Logging & Monitoring
• experience with web technologies: HTLM, CSS JavaScript
• experience with DevOps tools like Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, AWS, Docker, Terraform
• experience with big, complex projects, ideally in the agile environment
• good understanding of data science methods
• skills like Apache Kafka messaging and micro service development a plus
