My public sector client is urgently looking for an experienced Cloud Project Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract working in brand new offices based in Cardiff city centre. Reporting to the Head of ICT this role will support a project to select an external supplier to plan & implement the migration of the server estate to the cloud.
The role will convert the existing cloud strategy into a procurement specification ensuring all ICT service dependencies are included in the transition plan.
The postholder will be responsible for running the procurement process and managing the day-to-day activities with suppliers. They will work closely with the internal ICT team to support knowledge transfer along with Risk, Legal & compliance teams to ensure all procurement rules are followed.
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background with cloud migration procurement projects.
