First Line Infrastructure Support Technician (Proactive)
Up to £18,000 p/a (Depending on experience)
Are you looking to be a part of an award winning IT solutions provider? My client is looking for a versatile and enthusiastic individual to join their established technical helpdesk team.
The role will be within a well-established IT solutions provider, where you will be working in their state of the art Head office in the centre of Poole. The role involves the proactive management of customers' existing and new infrastructures, along with identifying areas for improvement and implement relevant changes to ultimately improve the end user customer experience. This may require occasional shift work to ensure any planned work does not interfere with the customers day to day operational activities, cover for colleagues based in London will be required as and when required.
- A professional and confident manner
- Understanding of Active Directory/Group Policies
- Understanding of anti-virus products and technologies
- A good working knowledge of PC hardware, networking principles and Microsoft Server Operating systems.
