Up to £30,000 p/a + £3,000 Bonus (Depending on experience)

Are you looking to join a well-established software company based in Central London? My client are looking for an outgoing and sociable Customer Success Executive with a technical flare to join their customer success team. This is for a well-established company based in their London office. The role involves being a customer-facing point of contact through regular face-to-face meetings and calls as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer stakeholders and product users.

Key requirements:
• Experience or knowledge of APIs/webhooks
• Experience in Customer Success for software.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs.
