Full-time Office administrator Cardiff (German and English speaking)- up to £ 19 050 (DOE) year

Here is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious person to join a great busy office environment!

Duties:

-Processing payment and managing payroll for contractors

-Creating initial contracts and amendment/extension paperwork

-Act as POC for payment queries/issues, keeping the candidate, client and consultant up to date

-Liaising at all levels within the business, regular communication kept to ensure consultants are kept updated with reports of their contractors payments, queries etc

-Working to strict timelines in ensuring all documentation from candidates and external parties is returned and fully completed as required by company standards

-Handling confidential and sensitive documents on behalf of customers

-Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

-Assist colleagues whenever necessary (Day to day support of the recruitment team)


The Person:

-High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

-Highly ambitious, self-motivated and target driven

-Excellent organizational skills

-Fluent German and English (spoken and written)

-German legal background (preferred)
