Scala Developer - Remote
Salary: Up to £140k (Depending on experience) + Share options

Location: Remote (UK & Europe)
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Scala Developer to join a brilliant team that is a part of one of the fastest growing companies on the mobile-only market. You will primarily be integrating security tools across the platform to help combat fraud and find solutions for their customers.
What to expect:
• You will build and shape backend fraud prevention tools
• You will be responsible for the integration of fraud and abuse systems
• You will monitor and maintain these systems
• You will be enhancing the accuracy of the system through data analysis
• You will create microservices and customer facing tools
• You will work in collaboration with different departments
What we are looking for:
• Experience in backend engineering
• Knowledge of fraud and abuse systems
• Proficient in working with functional languages, such as Scala (3+ years)
• Experience working with RESTful API's
• Someone with metrics and reports creation experience
• A knowledge of disturbed systems and how decisions can affect performance
• Experience writing testable code
