GERMAN SPEAKING RECRUITER/ RESOURCER/ DELIVERY CONSULTANT in CARDIFF

Basic salary £20K + commission on top of it £400-1200 monthly (on average - depending on your performance)
We are seeking ambitious and career-driven German speaking Recruitment Resourcers (NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!) to join our team in Cardiff and embark on our 1 month Induction training programme! Within 1 month of blended- learning which is delivered via an online e-learning platform, podcasts, classroom training, shadowing, and supported by great leadership, coaching, and mentoring -you will become a Recruitment Resourcer.
You will be working in collaboration with a Recruitment Consultant who will source the roles that you will be finding candidates for. It will be your job to source the candidates. This includes:
Contacting new and existing candidates to create a pipeline of talent for current and future jobs (in English and German)
Creating and posting job adverts (in English and German)
Using social media channels and job boards for candidate attraction (in English and German)
Organising candidate interviews (in English and German)
Working with the Business Development consultants to ensure the candidate process runs smoothly
