Biography
I joined the company, then Makoto ERP, in February 2010 to develop the Polish market for SAP professionals. Without any previous experience, I’ve had to work very hard to get to grips with the ups and downs of the industry, and slowly established myself as an expert for local clients and candidates alike, making multiple permanent placements and building up a large contractor base.
In 2012 I decided to expand my business portfolio and try my luck on the German and Swiss markets. I have been working on replicating the success I had in Poland since then, still remaining present on the Polish market as I know my regular clients still rely on me for good quality candidates. I have been very versatile with the types of vacancies I fill, I believe the industry is ever changing and therefore I don’t limit myself to only placing SAP consultants, I have successfully supported my clients in their searches for technologies such as: Java, .net, hybris, Business Objects etc.
Over the years I have amassed a wealth of knowledge concerning industry trends, technologies and above all, people. I have been fortunate enough to have worked with professionals of multiple nationalities and from different cultural backgrounds, however I still believe that, no matter where they come from, the feeling of changing someone’s life by getting them their dream job, is equally rewarding.
When I am not in the office, I am either curled up on the sofa with a good book, eating halloumi (my latest obsession) or shopping as I believe it totally counts as cardio.
