Biography

Christian has over approximately 10 years’ experience in recruitment, progressing from Resource Consultant, on to Sales, being promoted to Senior Sales and now the company’s Sales Director. Christian comes from a varied professional background, having worked in previous sales positions, having worked as a Police Officer in South Wales but having mostly a digital marketing background. Christian’s marketing background includes roles with Welsh Government, in the charity sector and in the Higher Education sector.

Not afraid to learn, Christian was also a mature student, graduating with a BA(Hons) in Strategic Marketing in 2013. Christian speaks both English and native level German. With his German family background (Hamburg, Hannover), Christian is well placed to serve Pertemps SAP/ERP Client Portfolio in the DACH region.

Christian has enjoyed significant success since he returned to Pertemps following a brief gap in his time with the company, repeatedly winning national Recruitment awards as the company’s top biller/recruiter as well as holding several company records.

Passionate, hard working, and with a genuine loyalty to his clients and his colleagues, Christian enjoys helping others within his own teams as well ensuring his clients are satisfied with the service they receive from Pertemps.

Outside of work, Christian has several hobbies including travel and ensures he meets clients on a personal level in Germany and Switzerland whenever possible. He has recently been to both North and Central America, as well as most of Europe and lived in New Zealand as well! Christian’s other passions include Ice Hockey and Football, food and being as active (and competitive) as he can, including running and playing football regularly.
