Biography
Monika joined the Pertemps Network Group (called Makoto ERP before) in 2010. She started as a Junior Recruiter and was responsible for permanent placements in Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia focusing on the SAP area. Monika managed to build up her client and candidate base from scratch very quickly and established herself on these markets.
Monika wanted to explore further markets and expand her skills and in 2012 she decided to build relationships with clients and candidates in Germany and Switzerland. Since then she has been successfully cooperating with companies and SAP candidates in these countries and grew into a position of a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader. In January 2022 Monika was promoted to a position of a Business Manager.
Monika strives to make a positive impact on her candidates’ lives and careers and to make sure her clients always get great new employees and additions to their team. One of her favourite mottos is: “Quality means doing it right when no one is looking.”
She enjoys working with people from different countries, working in a multicultural team. Herself speaks native Slovak and Hungarian and fluent English.
Monika is a busy mam of two wonderful daughters and in her spare time she likes visiting and exploring new places in Wales and England together with her family.
